Shipping policy

Due to the size, weight, and specialised transport requirements of mini excavators, all freight is quoted on enquiry only and is supplied to the nearest approved freight depot unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These machines require specialised trailers, loading equipment, and compliant transport providers. Direct-to-site or residential delivery is not included as standard and may be available only by separate quotation depending on access, location, and subcontractor availability.

Please note:
    •    Freight pricing is provided upon enquiry and is subject to carrier availability and access requirements.
    •    Standard freight refers to delivery to the closest nominated depot within the transport network.
    •    Depot collection and final transport from the depot is the customer’s responsibility unless arranged prior.
    •    Tailgate delivery, crane trucks, limited access sites, or remote locations may incur additional charges.
    •    Subcontractor transport pricing can vary and may change without notice.
